Privacy Policy for the Xnet Label Printer Application

The Xnet Label Printer desktop and service applications integrate with Google Sheets and Google Drive to read spreadsheet data chosen by the user and convert it into printable labels.

Data access and use

The application requests access only to:

  • Google Drive (drive.file) – to allow you to select and open a spreadsheet file from your own Google Drive.
  • Google Sheets (spreadsheets.readonly) – to read the contents of that spreadsheet for label generation.
  • Access is limited to the specific file(s) you select through the Google Picker interface.
  • The application does not modify, delete, or share any Drive files.
  • Spreadsheet content is processed locally on your computer to create printable labels; no data is transmitted to Xnet Technology servers or any third party.
