Watched around the clock
- Uptime monitoring. If your site goes down, we know within minutes.
- SSL certificate checks. Expiring or broken certificates are caught before visitors see a warning.
- Security monitoring and firewall. We’re alerted to new admin accounts, changes to user roles, admin sign-ins from unexpected places, and repeated failed login attempts.
- Change monitoring. Plugins switched on or off, or a theme changed, and we know about it.
- Malware scanning, with anything found followed up and cleared.
Kept up to date
- WordPress, theme and plugin updates, applied in a controlled way and checked afterwards.
- Premium plugins and themes whose licences have lapsed are spotted. They quietly stop updating otherwise.
- Abandoned or unsupported plugins replaced with maintained ones.
Backed up
- Automatic monthly backups of your files and database, encrypted and archived on separate storage, away from your website’s server.
