The Xnet Label Printer connects directly to Google Sheets and automatically creates and prints labels based on your spreadsheet data. Once connected, it can continuously check for new rows or updates and print labels without any manual intervention.

Each label is built from a custom JSON template, allowing full control over layout, fonts, images, barcodes, and positioning. Using the built-in Label Builder, you can place fields from your Google Sheet exactly where you want them on the label — perfect for product tags, shipping labels, stock management, or any repetitive print task.

For continuous operation, the Windows Service runs quietly in the background, monitoring your chosen sheet and printing new labels as data arrives. This makes it ideal for warehouses, workshops, and offices where label printing needs to be fast, accurate, and fully automated.

How Your Data Is Used

The Xnet Label Printer requests access only to the Google Sheets you choose to connect.
This access allows the app to:

• Read sheet content to generate and print labels
• Detect new rows for automated printing
• Display spreadsheet names and sheet titles for easy selection

The app does not edit, delete, or share any of your data. All processing happens locally on your computer, and no Google data is stored externally.
